Can’t think of what to buy your husband or request for Christmas? Gift guide for Him and Her ❤️

Dear friends,

As promised, here is our gift guide for him and her. All of these things have been things that my husband and I have used daily or loved and highly recommend. So when grandma asks you what you want for Christmas… here you go! 🥰 I hope you find inspiration here! Enjoy!

You’ll find a description of why we love each time and to go straight to each item click the underlined word. Whilst some items aren’t available in my amazing storefront, such as the red light box, pranamat etc, if you’d like to just skip to the Amazon storefront where most of these lists and items are found…

Otherwise, keep scrolling!

  • Our Solis Therapy Red light box. It is portable and has a great battery life. When I was searching for one, I wanted one that had the same credentials as the Lume Box without the hefty price tag, and this was it! It’s the same wavelengths, no EMF, as well as a very generous trial period, but because they cut out the middle man and don’t invest heavily in influencer marketing, they’re a fraction of the price.
  • Stepping Heavenward is one of my favourite books of all time. A coming of age fiction piece which speaks so clearly into the ups and downs of both the Christian walk and motherhood. I found so much inspiration in this book.
  • The Life Giving Home - this book was the first book to truly envision me for what home is and can be with some intentionality. A place where my family look forward to being. It’s transformed my perception of motherhood and I recommend it to everyone!
  • Lift Your Eyes - a beautiful devotional for mums which encourages us to behold Christ in the everyday challenges of motherhood, bringing hope and joy.
  • The Bible is For You - a wonderful, in depth devotional which goes through every book of the Bible. Each day there is a lengthy piece of scripture, followed by corresponding verses and a short devotional. It’s been a gift to me in this season.
  • Hard is Not the Same Thing as Bad - IMO this is a must read in our current culture. Abbie is no nonsense, encouraging and a breath of fresh air.
  • Prayer Journal - a gift in any season of life.
  • Not Perfect Linen gift card - this has quickly become my favourite shop. Their clothes are so well made, functional, fully customisable, high quality and fit in any season of motherhood (whether pregnant or not)
  • Shop Dahl voucher - (use the link 👈 and code JESSICA for 10% off) a sweet Christian owned company specialising in whimsical “Anne vibes” type clothing. They have new collections every month and all are so beautiful, at a very reasonable price.

  • My husband and I use our pranamat near daily now. Whenever I feel a headache coming on, I use it. Whenever I’m feeling stiff from breastfeeding, I use it. It’s such a great tool for destressing and they have a great sale on right now. Use the above (underlined) link and code - lifegivingpages
  • Our Sony noise cancelling headphones are one of the most used items in our home. We love the joyful noise of our 5 children but sometimes our nervous system doesn’t… or my husband needs to focus on reading/writing, etc. They’re at a great price right now too.
  • Klean Kanteen have long been a favourite in our home and their bottles have lasted us years.
  • My husband uses his aeropress daily. It’s a great economical way to get great singular cups of coffee without investing in an expensive machine.
  • Sunday - my husband LOVES the church. It’s always been a priority for him and we’ve barely missed a week. Sometimes it can feel hard to want to go though and so this devotional has been brilliant to encourage us to prepare our hearts for Sunday.
  • Peace Like a River - both my husband and I have read this. I first got the recommendation from Sarah Clarkson and neither of us could put it down. It’s a work of art.
  • Habits of the Household - my husband has long been a fan of Justin and this book was a huge inspiration for how he leads our family. A must read.

Well done for getting to the end of this email, it was a long one!

Many blessings,

Jessica

p.s if your head is not quite in Christmas yet, but you’re looking for a book to cosy up with the kids Autumn, may I gently encourage you to consider Anne of Green Gables or the Jungle Book.
